If you have a sensitive or an acne prone skin get a wash /cleanser for sensitive or acne prone skin but generally, I advise you get a gentle cleanser even if you have a sensitive skin or not to help preserve your skin barrier and to prevent dryness and damage. Wash your face twice a day morning and night just before bed this will help get rid of all the makeup applied during the day, clean the pores and help to minimize skin suffocation.

2. Exfoliate

Exfoliation is the removal of dry/dead skin cells on the surface of the skin and is one of the most important aspects of your skincare routine for the face. 4. Sunscreen

Sunscreens are products that combine several ingredients that help prevent the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) radiation from reaching the skin it prevents your skin from developing signs of aging, such as wrinkles, fine line, and dark spot.

One very substantial reason to start using sunscreen is if you love to have younger-looking, radiant, and healthy skin, as essential skin proteins, such as collagen, keratin, and elastin are protected by sunscreen. These proteins are required for keeping the skin looking healthy. Sunscreens should be used every day and not only when it is sunny.

5. Anti-aging product

Anti-aging products are important if you want to slow down the aging process it fights off early stages of aging.  It is never too early to start using anti-aging skincare in order to prevent premature aging of the skin, you should start using an anti-aging product from your 20s if but if you are past your 20s you should start now. Your diet plays a vital role. You are literally what you eat. If you want to have a healthy, glowing and take years off your skin, you need to eat clean. Eat a diet full of fruits and vegetables as the nutrients will benefit your skin a great deal.
